FX380 is UnionTech’s DLP elastomer 3D printer for large-scale, high-efficiency production: a full plate prints 6 standard shoes in about 3.5 hours with a production success rate above 95% and consistent yield.
It comes with UT ONE intelligent support and automated scripts tailored for footwear printing. Release film lifespan reaches ≥80,000 cycles, with a wear-resistant substrate for scratch-free part removal.
Built-in optical-mechanical power detection ensures consistent printing accuracy; the resin tank heats uniformly with a temperature range of 25-50℃ and deviation of ±2℃. Quick-release substrate simplifies handling, release film replacement is completed within 30 minutes, and task pause & resume adds scheduling flexibility.
