The FLEXIFAB FF series is Bluecore’s elastomer 3D printing platform, offering FF-350, FF-450 and FF-576 in three build sizes to cover elastomer products from prototyping to mass production.
All models use LED light sources with 405nm wavelength for stronger laser penetration of high-elasticity materials, and feature power-off resume printing, high-precision closed-loop servo control and near-zero release force for stable builds and high yield.
The open software system supports multiple data interfaces and slicing formats; one-click printing with a full-color touch screen, data search and production logs make batch production management simple.
