BCE Series (BCE-360 / 450 / 580)
The BCE series is Bluecore’s industrial elastomer printer line for footwear and other elastomer mass production, with BCE-360, BCE-450 and BCE-580 covering build sizes from 350×198×520mm to 576×324×650mm.
For footwear: BCE-360 prints 5 whole shoes (size 36-39) per full plate in about 3 hours and 18 midsoles in about 4 hours; BCE-450 prints up to 8 shoes in about 4 hours; BCE-580 up to 14 shoes in about 4 hours — meeting the benefit expectations of over 95% of enterprises.
The machines run 7×24 hours with power-off resume, near-zero release force and high-precision servo control; the real-time monitoring system supports synchronized PC and mobile monitoring, replacing manual attendance to save labor costs.
